Terms & Conditions

1️⃣ Booking & Payment

  • All bookings must be confirmed in advance.
     
  • Payment is due upon completion of service unless agreed otherwise.
     

2️⃣ Cancellations

  • Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule.
     
  • Late cancellations may incur a fee.
     

3️⃣ Liability

  • We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to property or items.
     
  • Any claims must be reported immediately after the service.
     

4️⃣ Access

  • The client is responsible for providing safe and clear access to the premises.
     
  • Any delays caused by access issues may reduce cleaning time.
     

5️⃣ Guarantee

  • If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours. We will re-clean the area if necessary.
     

6️⃣ Personal Belongings

  • Please secure valuables and fragile items prior to cleaning.

🕐 Finalization Policy

  • All cleaning jobs are considered final upon completion.
     
  • However, if there are any areas of concern, customers must notify us within 24 hours of the job being completed.
     
  • Our team will return within this period to finalize or correct the service, free of charge.
     


💸 Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only offered if we fail to deliver the service agreed upon, and the issue is not resolved after a finalization visit.
     
  • Requests for a refund must be submitted within 24 hours after the service is completed.
     
  • Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
