- All cleaning jobs are considered final upon completion.
- However, if there are any areas of concern, customers must notify us within 24 hours of the job being completed.
- Our team will return within this period to finalize or correct the service, free of charge.
💸 Refund Policy
- Refunds are only offered if we fail to deliver the service agreed upon, and the issue is not resolved after a finalization visit.
- Requests for a refund must be submitted within 24 hours after the service is completed.
- Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 5–7 business days via the original payment method.
